What you will do
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to enhance product ecosystems for core surfaces like Slides and FigJam.
- Identify, evaluate, and nurture relationships with new partners, specifically focusing on the marketing technology landscape.
- Negotiate partnership contracts and manage day-to-day partner health and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, and partner technical teams to bring integrations to market.
- Lead go-to-market motions alongside marketing, sales enablement, and communications teams.
- Facilitate executive briefings and maintain internal alignment on partnership investments and success metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, ecosystem partnerships, or strategic partner management.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end deal processes, including negotiation and terms alignment.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and leadership teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of bridging business and technical concepts.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside within the US.
