Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in goal-oriented sales or asset growth roles.
  • Willingness to obtain FINRA 7, 63 & 65 (or 66) licenses within corporate timelines.
  • Must provide a reliable, high-speed wired internet connection for remote work.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in inbound or phone-based consultation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior knowledge of retirement investment products.
