What you will do

  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of enterprise TAMs.
  • Standardize adoption frameworks to ensure customers fully leverage Redis capabilities.
  • Develop architecture review and resiliency assessment programs to ensure production-grade standards.
  • Drive technical enablement through workshops on data modeling, performance tuning, and distributed system patterns.
  • Define and implement Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and technical health scorecards.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex architectural and resiliency challenges.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing technical teams such as TAM or Solutions Engineering.
  • Deep background in distributed systems, databases, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting production-scale systems, including incident management and root cause analysis.
  • Experience conducting architecture reviews and resiliency assessments for enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to define and implement structured technical adoption programs and customer health scoring.
  • Strong executive communication skills to bridge technical concepts with business stakeholders.

  • Background in building or scaling a TAM or technical advisory function.
  • Experience with Redis or other NoSQL/SQL database platforms.
