What you will do

  • Develop and maintain standardized technical operational processes and procedures across the data center portfolio.
  • Review and approve high-risk emergency operating procedures to ensure continuous uptime.
  • Audit operational systems, PPM reporting, and statutory files to ensure strict compliance.
  • Manage the technical documentation library to ensure global accessibility and accuracy.
  • Execute rigorous operational and performance risk assessments for critical facility equipment.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to track, refine, and enforce best-in-class facility policies.

Requirements

  • U.S. person status (citizen, permanent resident, or asylee) required due to export control regulations.
  • Proven track record in developing and maintaining technical operational standards.
  • Deep technical knowledge of high-risk emergency operating procedures and data center compliance.
  • Experience with critical facilities commissioning standards and operational documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical and operational challenges within a portfolio.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-growth environment requiring consistent uptime.
