What you will do

  • Lead annual and quarterly revenue planning including forecasting, territory design, quota setting, and market segmentation.
  • Architect the full Go-To-Market process from lead management to renewals and expansion.
  • Implement AI-powered forecasting and predictive analytics to identify pipeline risks and opportunities.
  • Design and govern sales compensation plans to drive desired behaviors and financial responsibility.
  • Own GTM tech stack strategy and decisions in partnership with GTM Systems.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from the United States (Seattle office)
  • 10–15+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM leadership within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional executives and lead without direct authority.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and AI-driven automation platforms.
