What you will do

  • Lead discovery workshops and requirements analysis for monday.com and Atlassian environments.
  • Design and implement monday.com workflows, automations, and Atlassian upgrades, migrations, and custom configurations.
  • Build integrations using IPaaS platforms and scripting languages like Groovy and Python.
  • Participate in presales activities including scoping, proposals, and demos.
  • Manage multiple projects and maintain client communications as a trusted advisor.
  • Provide training and change management support to clients.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with monday.com professional services for mid-market to enterprise clients.
  • Working knowledge of Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) in consulting or technical delivery.
  • Experience with IPaaS tools (Make.com, Zapier) and scripting (Groovy, Python).
  • Strong English communication skills; ability to translate technical details for non-technical audiences.
  • Existing monday.com certifications.
  • Must be located in the United States.

Nice to have

  • System and database administration experience in Atlassian environments.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace apps and scripting frameworks.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture and cloud/on-prem IT environments.
