What you will do
- Set and drive the overall design strategy for Olo's Marketing organization.
- Provide strategic design direction across the Marketing team.
- Mentor and support one designer on your team.
- Lead the evolution of Olo's visual identity standards.
- Champion and enforce brand guidelines and a comprehensive design language system across the organization and agency partners.
- Serve as the hands-on design lead for many of Olo's most critical and visible projects, including Beyond4 and the company website.
Requirements
- 8+ years of proven experience in design roles with demonstrated progression into strategic leadership.
- 2+ years as a people manager.
- Strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking alongside execution across diverse platforms.
- Experience in the B2B SaaS, technology, or restaurant industry preferred.
- Proven track record managing budgets, vendor relationships, and team operations.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
