What you will do
- Determine and define project scope and objectives by collaborating with diverse stakeholders across NCC Group globally.
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, establishing and managing comprehensive project plans.
- Prepare and track project budgets, managing resources effectively and reporting any unexpected deviations.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, including negotiating with and managing vendors.
- Monitor progress, make adjustments as needed, and manage change control processes to adapt scope, timelines, and costs.
- Provide weekly project updates to the PMO and key stakeholders, highlighting risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a Project Manager role, ideally within the Cyber Security or Technology sector.
- Excellent understanding of project management tools, techniques, and methodologies, including both Agile and Waterfall.
- Competence in Microsoft application packages (Office, MS Project) and familiarity with tools like Smartsheet, Jira, and Trello.
- Experience managing budgets, tracking resources, and dealing with all stakeholder groups up to C-Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Willingness and ability to undergo mandatory pre-employment background checks and BS7858 screening.
