What you will do

  • Develop and execute the Northern Europe B2B marketing strategy aligned with global priorities.
  • Lead a small team of local marketing specialists and agencies.
  • Drive joint marketing programs with key partners and manage MDF effectively for ROI.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting enterprise and SMB customers.
  • Localise global campaigns and messaging, overseeing local PR agencies.
  • Partner with regional sales leaders and product marketing to translate objectives into marketing plans.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-country role.
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing direct reports or cross-functional teams.
  • Track record of driving measurable pipeline growth through partner and end-customer marketing.
  • Experience in technology or IT services industries.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel marketing models.
  • Native or fluent English required.
