What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of global Talent programmes with strong governance and measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee portfolio tracking, operational performance, and executive-level reporting.
  • Own budgets, vendor partnerships, and P&L for programme initiatives.
  • Manage RFP processes from initial requirements to final vendor selection.
  • Develop and drive the knowledge strategy, including process mapping and documentation standards.
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project management teams.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership of large-scale programme and portfolio management in complex, global environments.
  • Strong experience in P&L management, vendor negotiation, and budget ownership.
  • Demonstrated success in performance management and executive reporting.
  • Experience leading end-to-end RFP processes and managing external partners.
  • Deep understanding of process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong people leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

  • Background working with HR, Talent, or People Operations teams.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, LMS, or ATS platforms.
